I had an exceptional experience at Shoot Straight. The standout of my visit was the specialist, Chris. He was incredibly personable and took the time to understand exactly what I needed.

Chris was patient, no matter how basic or complex my questions were. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I truly appreciated. His knowledge about firearms is extensive, and he shared a wealth of information that I hadn't come across before.

What impressed me too was Chris's expertise in firearm safety and technicalities. His thoroughness and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process.

Chris's dedication really set Shoot Straight apart. I highly recommend visiting Shoot Straight and asking for Chris.

Wanted to really like this place. Couple guys that work in there are great, but they also have a couple guys that are quite rude and seem to not like their job at all. On top of that I pay $30 a month for a membership and cannot even book a lane. Said I have to be a premium member (over $1200 a year) which is just ridiculous. They advertise having a long up to 100 yard range, which is why I ended up getting the membership. Since being a member, there is always one or two lanes that are “broke down”. Leaving only one or two operational. And with not being able to book, every time I drive to the range to use long range, it is always in use. Only way to use it is to wait in the store for an hour for them to finish. Can’t put name and number down, can’t wait out in your car. Have to stand and wait for up to an hour to use a range I pay a monthly subscription for. Wish I would have known all of this before becoming a member.
