I’ve purchased my last 3 Civics at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. I was shopping around for the 2025 Civic Touring Hybrid in white since Courtesy had just one in their lot. I called Wesley Chapel, and Omar matched me with Dewey. My thing is that the salesperson better know more than me about the vehicle I’m looking to purchase, and Dewey did not disappoint. My finance guy for the purchase was Jason Schroeder, and he was equally impressive. No upselling and cool as a cucumber. Wesley Chapel Honda matched my asking price and even had their tint guy on site to darken my ceramic tint to 15% all around.

For almost three years, I’ve been taking my CRV to Wesley Chapel Honda for servicing because it’s convenient, but this time, the experience was likely the worst I’ve had. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but I was a bit late, arriving around 11:10. I didn’t actually hand over my keys until 11:30, and there were at least three to four cars ahead of mine. The check-in process itself was smooth, and I was told the day was quite busy. They offered me an Uber ride back home, which I really appreciated.

I received an update at 3:00 p.m. regarding the inspection after I approved the necessary work. Then, at 3:50 p.m., I got another message saying my car was ready. The work I approved included an alignment, oil change, filter change, and transmission oil change, among a few other tasks. However, I’m not entirely sure how much of that was actually completed. Here’s why:

The washer fluid, which was supposed to be filled, was completely empty.

The car wasn’t washed, which I believe they stopped doing some time ago.

Although they offer various coupons, they don’t allow stacking, which seems unfair, especially since the job I had done should have qualified for some of those discounts.

Given all this, I’m not sure if I’ll return here for service again next time.

Well, well, well….if car buying is something you dread than you have come to the right place to get some relief. I had been talking to no less that 6 other dealers through out Florida and everyone was either making the Civic Si up above MSRP or had some convenient “dealer additions” that certainly weren’t just hiding as dealer mark ups. I have begun talking to Robert online about a week ago and wanted to give the salesman I had been working with prior the opportunity to win my business. Robert match and beat every single deal I was given by other places. Once I had lost faith in everyone prior it was Roberts time to shine and he did just that. Kept in contact never changed off is word and was always polite. When arriving at Wesley Chapel Honda I was greeted by Robert and his Brother Michael who would be helping me for the day. I was with my nephews and they were impressed with the service and punctuality as well. After everything was done on that end we were handed off to Jason in Sales and the processes only got smoother. We had no issues and no surprises and were in and out in a good amount of time. I would and probably will purchase from them again, along with having anyone that asks if I know anyone they should use. Don’t delay they are amazing and I can’t say enough!! Thanks guys!!
