I Joined the tester program at Fleet Feet in Dewitt Syracuse. I took the Brooks Glycerin shoe out for a test drive. I have wide feet and have difficulty finding proper fitting running shoes. I was skeptical as I have never tried Brooks. The shoes available did not include wides but the 6& 1/2 slid on easily. They were comfortable without snugness. The rounded toe box provided adequate toe space. The top fabric breathable. As I started out the support was reactive providing a flexible base. The cushioned footbed seemed adequate at first but after a mile or so the ball of my foot started to feel discomfort. Although it’s a light weight, versatile shoe, it unfortunately is one I will have to pass on. Debbie

I was greeted as I entered (not in a sales-pushy way) with interest as to why I came and what were the needs/concerns that I had; and was honest about the wait time, which turned out to be tailored for each person's benefit! Comprehensive attention by knowledge, caring associate who represented the company in the way that customer service should be delivered (esp. in today's day/age)! I am, 'my feet' (knees, bunion, shins) absolutely feel the relieving, supportive comfort with new purchase; game-changing experience, not just a sale, thank you.
