Such a nice staff and a very wide variety of equipment no matter the sport!! The prices here are absolutely amazing. Holden helped me find the perfect golf clubs for my dad and I!! Thank you Play It Again and I will definitely be back to this location!!!

Nice store. Helpful staff. Good selection of wide assortment of sporting goods and home exercise equipment. Really good prices on the items I am familiar with. I can't speak for everything. Selection varies. Currently an excellent selection of home exercise equipment. They have frisbee golf stuff. So much fun!

Best shopping experience I've ever had. Went to this store with a list of items I needed for my daughter's new sport interest but completely clueless of sizes, weight and other details needed. Luckily they have the most professional and knowledgeable store associates. First, I was greeted at the door and right away I was being helped with my list. The level of education I received today was impressive. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend it to all sport people. Not to mention, great brands at a very affordable price. So if you ever need help, ask for Mike.

So I had never been here before, but I brought my girlfriend with me to buy her a baseball glove so her and I could throw the ball around. The experience of buying the used glove for a very cheap price and looking around the store was enjoyable and the service was good. The one gentleman at the counter... I had asked him if they buy used umpire gear including the umpire bag. He tells me as long as you bring it in we can price it. So I drive all the way home, come all the way back, go in and the gentleman I dealt with was in the back of the store and the apparent manager is at the front counter now. He tells me they don't buy Umpire gear. And that the other gentleman was new and did not know what he was talking about.
If you're going to hire employees you better explain to them what you do and don't buy. Otherwise you're wasting people's time and patience. Very unprofessional for your employees to not know what you do and don't buy from the public.

Hi They have a nice variety of sports equipment some used and some new...THIS WAS MY PROBLEM WITH THEM ... I bought a new 14' glove and sign up for their discount program. Shortly after the transaction went through I received a discount coupon to use the next time I came in. 2 Days Later I went back with my wife to get her a glove. I meant to bring the first glove I have purchased back 2 return it or exchange, but had left it at home. We were headed to a game directly when we left the store and I needed one to play with ,so I wond up buying me a smaller one and getting my wife a new one as well. After I purchased the two new gloves I asked if I could return the one that I had bought Less Than 3 days ago. The service guy asked if I still had the tags on the glove .. I replied no I took them off to get a feel for the glove. He then told me qith out the tag on the glove I wouldn't get the same amount I paid for it because its now a use glove.. and I would have to bring it in for them to put it in the system to tell me how much I can resell it to them for .. a brand new glove that was only 3 days old .. AND I HAD MY RECEIPT!!! WTH .. I was mad !!! And if I was not in a rush and really needed the glove I had just bought I would have returned the 2 I had just purchased. Something good did come out of me being stuck with the first glove I bought there was someone at the baseball park that needed a glove I just gave it to them. Next time ill just go to Dicks .. were I know I wont lose my money !!!
