•Security was very nice and professional, good attitudes.

Only grievance is unloading took a little longer than I wanted. Wasn't done and able to leave until about 1:20pm.

Please stay Away if you have any Freight delivery to this facility. Pack some lunch and be prepared to stay for a long time. I checked in for a 6am appointment and didn’t leave until 1pm. I miss my back haul. Check in with Security at the gate and you are given a folder. Find a spot along the back fence and park your truck. Fill out and sign the form and walk back to security to be assigned a door. Find your door, break seal and place it in the folder, Dolley down, unhook air lines and pull forward. Walk to Door 90 near two large Dumpsters and place your folder in any of the two green mailboxes outside the receiving office. To get to the mailbox box, you must walk across a pool of filth, sewage and thick mud. Remove shoes when you get back to your truck. That whole facility stinks and I believe the staff and management are aware about that and most likely enjoy the smell. This facility should not be allowed to handle any food products. There are no restrooms and no receiving clerks to contact if you have any concerns or issues.I don’t recommend C&S to any Drivers or trucking company. Please stay away. Horrible place to pick up or deliver. They have their own trucks and drivers and they have all day to work there, smell and stink there. I think they love it. Management needs some awareness!

Appointment is at 9 pm and my husband checked in @ 6:58, now is 4:26AM!!! he is still waiting. The security was rude and mean to him by telling him this is how they work!
Shame on them the way they treat truckers as we are here to deliver their goods to consumers in the US, they treat truckers like dirt.
I went there at around 11:30pm, hoping my husband could leave soon so I can pick him up, but yaa, 4:29 am still no signs of unloading

Piss Poor Service, Extremely SLOW, no communication if any it’s piss poor! From the Security guards to the checking in lady. They do not verbally give you instructions and expect for new drivers to know their piss poor expectations. My appointment was at 8am showed up a li sooner, and gees I’m still at a door and it’s now 2pm. I asked one of the workers and he just simply said that’s the way things are there. No Care in the world for drivers! We ain’t nobody right, except the people that put food at your dinner table at night so YOU and your family can enjoy!

Avoid this warehouse at all costs! If you're a truck driver, do yourself a favor and NEVER come here. I arrived at 6 AM, and now it's 4:45 PM—still no unloading, no paperwork, NOTHING. This place is a complete disaster. They have zero respect for drivers' time. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and seems completely uninterested in doing their job. Sitting here for nearly 11 hours without any progress is absolutely unacceptable.Drivers, if you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this warehouse. This is one of the worst warehouses I've ever encountered in my entire career. You’ve been warned!

I arrived and checked in and backed into my door perfectly fine with my pallets and they rejected my load because they said their forklift driver didn't fill safe unloading but if you can clearly see they had unload it and missed up my pallets and put it back into my truck trying to make it look like it was my fault but when I arrived my pallets were sideways and once put back into my truck they are straight good thing I take pictures every time I open my doors I wait for a long time to talk to someone and they sent some guy who had just started his shift didn't have a clue and then still waited for someone else and no one came so broker had me go somewhere else they need to make sure they have certified forklift drivers and take responsibility for their actions because this could have cost me a lot of money if it wasn't for me taking pictures every unprofessional clerk aswell told me to be quit and to get out the door which I didn't do because I want to talk to a supervisor but no one came be careful driver

I was worried I'd be here at day due to the reviews on this place. I've come to realize that a lot of the people who had long wait times to get unloaded have reefer loads. I came here on Tuesday 7/30/24 @ 5:30am. My appointment time was 6am. I was in a door by 6:30am, and I was called to get my bol paperwork by 8am. Overall, it's not a bad place to unload if you have a dry load. There wasn't even a lumper, which was nice. I would come here again if the process to get unloaded is the same.
