Dennis and Alan were very helpful.
as i browsed the shelves, i felt as if I were a customer, not a shoplifter. Alan did not follow me around. The shoe I wanted they did not have in my size. so Alan suggested something similar. The shoe was very popular, and it fits my needs. Dennis, the store manager and cashier, was very helpful. he gave us suggestions and made sure that we were well taken care of.
I love this store.

I went in there today to purchase two pairs of sneakers. Walked around the store for about 15 minutes noone asked if I needed help or anything. So I put the sneaker down an walked out. Will never shop return worst customer service I ever experience. An I work in retail... must do better

I believe an employee by the name of Seth helped me. He didn't have one of the two pairs of shoes I needed, but he offered to go to a Champs (affiliated with Foot Locker) and get the shoe for me. I thought that was good service by going and not sending me there. Just an overall good experience! Thanks!

Employees aren't trained appropriately in engaging with customers.
Employees don't go beyond to render good customer service.
Employees are truly occupied among themselves speaking about their personal business.
It's ok if your store is empty ,but once the client goes in to shop, eye contact ,acknowledgment, and service render are important .
It avoids loss prevention / bad reviews on performance in store .
Corporate notes for sure the quality of time service dedication to it clientele.
Without clientele reason many store go out business.
Clients are important for business.
