Overall the selection for mtns, woman, and kids was outstanding. Lots of selections available. The one drawback and reason why it's not a 5 star rating is the prices the had were high not a wholesale feel, but most items you have to call for pricing. I'm not sure if these online wholesale or retail places realize how many customers they lose to this type of getting prices, but most people don't want to call what amounts to a used car high pressure sales pitch. We are informed consumers, if you were confident in your product and prices you would post them for the world to see

As a business professional, I was shocked to get a glimpse into the way that TSF operates on the backend. I met all requirements to have my same day order fulfilled on time for pick up. When I arrived, (coming from Miami during rush hour traffic), my order was not ready and no one had answers. The customer service reps at the front literally couldn't even get in contact with management or people in the back. Zero accountability. We agreed to have the order shipped to me as I wasn't coming back up there the next morning. It is now the afternoon and have yet to even receive an update, a courtesy call OR my order. Someone else PLEASE start a local garment supply operation because clearly these people cannot run a business properly. How do you have systems in place that no one adheres to?

The WORST customer service, I’ve been trying to get my account fixed so I can place my order and these people don’t care about the company they work for. So unprofessional I have decided to take my business else where.....someone commented to look into alphaboard which I will be doing today. This company is absolutely terrible for b2b!

Update: The manager Cindy called and rectified the issue.
Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars because outside of really bad customer communication from employees management seems to be good.
