I ordered ONLINE 3 BlackClover white hats that I hand washed just like my other BC hats and the superstore hats turned completely grey and the BC website hats stayed white! Something going on here love the hats and PGA was the only ones that had the white hats available so I figure they’re both the same well something up here Yes those grey hats were white like the other one!!
Credit to the PGA superstore they reimbursed me for the full amount.

This PGA Superstore is very clean and stocked well with merch. Customer service can range from pretty good to really poor depending on the day of week and who is working. I spent over $2K on new clubs and I felt like the salesman thought I was bothering him because I was too slow picking out the best clubs for me. That is not good or appreciated.

Had a golf fitting scheduled. Drove 1/2 hour to make appointment only to find out that the fitting pro called in sick. Front desk was
Shocked that we hadnt been called as the fitting pro called in sick early that morning

We asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager appeared instead and had a major attitude that we were a bit upset. When we called him out on his less than pleasant demeanor, his response was to tell us it was our fault and he could refuse us service.

We had already purchased $1000+ worth of irons and were ready to get the woods after the fitting.

This so called assistant manager, i think his name is Kyle-needs to work someplace where he doesnt have to deal with the public because he clearly stinks at it.

Agree, it's obvious customer service needs improvement here. After 4 or more visits here I can see why customers complained of poor employee attitudes. How can an upscale Golf store not suffer the consequences of poor customer service? What poor managment. Where is accountability and the "solutions" if people are still complaining of poor customer service a year later?

Three years ago I was shopping for new clubs, did some research, and went to the PGA Superstore in Sarasota near the UTC Mall. The sales staff there was no where to be found for 15 minutes. When I finally located someone, he was uninterested and unhelpful, like I was wasting his time by asking questions about my purchase, M4 driver, 5 wood, 4 hybrid, and Sim2 irons A wedge through 5. So I went to a local Venice FL golf shop and got the full set after being helped in a friendly and knowledgeable setting.

Today I went back to the UTC PGA Superstore because my dear wife bought me a 56 degree vokey wedge as a gift. I wanted to get a 52 degree and 60 degree to go with it, and to explore perhaps buying Taylor Made wedges instead. It took 5 minutes to locate a sales person. That person knew nothing about wedges, shafts, flex, or even price. He left to talk to someone to get the answers. When he came back 5 minutes later, he still had no additional information, not even price! I asked to see other wedges by other manufactures, he pointed to a row of wedges on display, and then went somewhere. Another salesperson walked by and questioned why I was looking at wedges that were “last year’s model”, and then left. When I never saw my first salesperson again, I returned the club my wife bought for me, relayed my experience to a totally uninterested manager, and then went to Golf Galaxy and bought my 3 wedges after talking to a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful sales person.

I have learned that, for me, the UTC PGA Superstore is not a place to go for a major or minor purchase. I will from now on go to Golf Galaxy, Dick’s, or my local golf store (or buy online). The PGA Superstore at UTC is run by lazy, unhelpful people who do not know their craft, and don’t care about what they do or what customers want in my humble opinion.

Went in there with intentions of buying a new Sim 2 Driver. There was nobody who tried to help or even asked questions. This is the second time I have been in there but I assure you it will be the last. Worst place I've ever been to for golf.

My first visit to a PGA Superstore, I needed to get a couple irons repaired and all of my irons and putter fitted with new grips. The store itself is in great shape, very clean and spacious and there's a wide variety of products. As a left handed golfer, it was nice to see they had a dedicated left handed section.

Where this store falls short is customer service. I walked in the store and walked around aimlessly, clearly looking lost, but not a single employee approached or asked if needed help. When I got to the repair center, I waited there for exactly 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged (I know because I checked my watched over and over again). Not even a "I'll be with you in just a minute" or anything. The gentleman was in the middle of regripping a club, so I was ok with a short wait, but he didn't even acknowledge I was there. Afterwards, no apology for the wait, very short with me, and didn't offer much help when asked some questions about the different types of grip options. I asked him if there was a club that had the grip i wanted so I could feel it before making a decision... he said he didn't know, but I could check in the used section because it's a popular grip. What he failed to tell me is that there is a grip handle above the bin where the grips are. So he wasn't knowledgeable about his area, and caused me to search for a club that may or may not have a grip in the used section? ok... moving on.

When I went to pick up my clubs a few days later... different guy, still same bad service. There were a few people in line and it was about 15 minutes before closing, but, he wasn't very friendly or inviting, or just cared to be welcoming to any of the customers in line. Just seemed to try and rush everyone out.

I don't know if I'll be back. I love the store itself, but just really horrible service on 2 separate visits makes me want to look elsewhere.
