This is a great shop, privately owned and operated by the owners!! Great offerings, executive level customer service.. This is the place to buy a bike that’s worth the investment.. They built mine completely , added to it, adjusted it, followed through on it.. and get this.. have helped me understand how to ride it better! It’s a feel good place!

What a great experience! Stephanie and Rick the owners were very helpful and made me feel so welcome! I brought my bike in for a tune-up and their mechanics went above and beyond even checking bearings and chain wear. It's in better shape than when I bought it!
They have a huge selection of road, hybrid, gravel and ebikes even mountain bikes! Great selection of helmets and components and Garmin devices! They also have a variety of shoes including Hoka, Lake and Shimano. PlayTri even has nutritional supplements like LMNT and Skratch. I highly recommend PlayTri!! It's your one-stop bike store and worth a visit!

So helpful!!! The staff and owners are amazing! They helped us find the right fit for ours sons first tri bike and I felt confident they were giving me the best recommendations not the highest priced bike. They set us up with the water bottle holder and bell super quick as well! HIGHLY recommend

After a traumatic experience one night in the hills of Tennessee which involved both bikes on the back of my car I was reassured by the folk at Playtri that all could be fixed and sure enough with in a matter of days everything is back to normal. Well...almost normal as I do need to replace my existing bike rack but Playtri has come to the rescue once again. I truly love the "family" feeling at Playtri and I feel I am home!

I stopped in while on vacation in Sarasota because I desperately needed advice on a new saddle. Erik took an hour of his time learning about my problem, showing me saddles, and letting me try them out. In the end, I didn’t find a saddle that I loved but was super impressed with the service. The guidance was very helpful and I never felt pressured to buy something that wasn’t right for me.

First time getting fit for a (tri) bike - great experience! They take the time to explain why adjustments are being made and assess comfort and perceived power after each tweak. Even took a video to show me how my body was moving differently following adjusting the areobars. I didn't have a bike shop before but will definitely be back for parts, tune-ups, and fit adjustments in the future.
