Joe at Sports Connection is fantastic! He was incredibly helpful in getting my family geared up for the upcoming ski season. The used gear he recommended was in excellent condition and priced very reasonably. Joe is not only knowledgeable but also extremely approachable, making the whole experience enjoyable for everyone—especially our kids.

He went above and beyond to ensure the kids’ skis were properly adjusted to fit their boots and checked the bindings to make sure they released safely. Joe also took the time to give us some great tips on equipment maintenance and even offered to adjust my wife’s and my skis.

His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process seamless. We’re so glad we found Joe and will definitely be coming back next season. Highly recommend!

UPDATE:
Changing to 5 starts. Didn’t know the shop was closed during off season, returned in October and was able to get everything my family needed. Great service and great prices!

Great selection of used ski and snowboard equipment and gear. Joe is very knowledgeable and won't try to sell you something you don't need. Great customer service. He also has a selection of really nice toques (knit winter hats) made by a local guy. You can phone if you want to confirm hours or selection. I'll definitely go there again!

This shop is so great! The owner was super helpful and was able to find me a pair of ski boots that fit me comfortably after I was turned away by the rental place at Stevens Pass. I'll definitely be back to buy more gear in the future!

I had such a great experience purchasing my first snowboard and ski set from here. My brother also purchased a snowboard set. Both of the guys were so incredibly helpful. Their wealth of knowledge and help with picking out the gear was so greatly appreciated. Otherwise I would have been completely lost with the huge selection they have available. They weren’t pushy at all and respected the budget we wanted to stay in. Being greeted by two of the sweetest pups was a for sure plus. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Sports Connection. I've been looking to update my antique 80's skis. He had some great deals and helped me pick skis and bindings that should work well for me. He adjusted the bindings , and the skis were already edged and waxed so I was ready to go. Be sure to shop here first!
