Customer service was really good. I enjoyed talking to everyone I encountered. Andrew, Tony, Jonathan C, and Matthew L. I gave them 4 stars because the wait time was too long. I came in pre-approved with a check and it still took about 5 hours. But overall great experience and I got the car I wanted. Or and the coffee bar downstairs needs to be maintained, it had a lot of flying insects coming from different areas around the station so I didn't even check to see if it worked. But it was fully stocked ?.

Drove over 4 hours to buy a certified used pilot. The vehicle had a broken taillight, a large dent in the liftgate, a dent on the C pillar, sticker residue and staining on the roof, just to name a few issues. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this Honda “certified” vehicle. Honda certified vehicles are not allowed to have any of this damage. The sales manager tried to talk us into a new pilot by offering $3,500 off as if it was a great deal just for us. Come to find out from the finance manager that was just the special they were running for the weekend. We drove home empty handed and I will take my business elsewhere if this is the quality of vehicles and treatment we get.

Honestly I’ll give Oscar 11/10 instead for the best customer service I’ve ever had. He is very friendly and patient, and didn't rush me into getting a brand new car. He’s willing to take his time to listen despite our language barrier and still come up with the best price for my first car that fits our budget. He made our purchase smooth and easy. A thoughtful person like him should get a raise tbh. In the end we ended up picking a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with the absolute best price, all thanks to everyone there!!

Chris Nunez helped us with our car buying decision. He’s one of those rare salespeople who really know the dealership’s cars. (It’s amazing how many salespeople don’t) He had detailed knowledge of the two cars we were looking at. On the test drives, he made the experience safe and pleasant. I didn’t feel nervous like at the other dealers. He also allowed me to test the turn radius on a small residential block and drive on the freeway; two very important factors in my decision.

When it came to financing the car, he was not aggressive but just wanted to help us best with what we could afford. I didn’t feel like he was manipulating me and didn’t rush our decision.

He’s just a nice guy who really knows his cars and helps you make the best decision. Definitely, the best car salesperson I’ve ever worked with. You won’t be sorry asking for him.

I also found out that Downtown Honda offers longer warranties, a special perk Honda gave to Downtown because they are a high volume dealership. Did not know that!

Went tonight to finalize the deal. People I encountered with (Aline, Robert, etc.) were all great, but I am especially thankful to Kevin Esquivel. for his help. He provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable . It felt like being with a friend. It was around 11:00PM when everything got finalized, but he still went extra miles to explain about some important features of the car and give some tips. If I were to go back for another car, I would definitely look for him. Thank you Kevin!

Hi, I was there with my two kids looking at the new cards and one of your sales person help us. His name is Jose Ramos. Finally me and my kicks will look for one card that we like. Ask your self person to help me if I can get this car With the go APR I have no good credit and if I can make $500 payment he do help me with them numbers out for him if they have $3000 down payment I couldn’t decide for the amount that he bring me back after a few minutes. He got talk to one of your managers that came over to me And give me a different offer. That was really good offer for me. I have a minivan 2012 Nissan quest that I’m trying to sell outside I’ll tell your manager his name is them he tell me for how much that I wanna sell my minivan. I say I wanna sell them for $8000. He tell me that he can pay me the $8000 and use the money for down payment for the new car, I’m looking for in my payments will be $500. I couldn’t stay more longer because I was making sure that I wanna get a deal. There was a really good deal. I tell the manager that we are going to think about it. I’ll go with my kids home and we come back the next day to the dealer to get the deal that your manager gave us to us we weigh therefore maybe like half an hour by your manager was busy so we tell yourself person Jose Ramos that we coming back on Friday to see if we can make the deal, but your sales person call me today is Thursday to say to me that the other manager doesn’t know what he’s doing that he don’t know where he get that amount the money for my minivan and he asked somebody Else And it’s impossible that the manager who talk to me about the deal is paying $8000 for my mini van so I waste my time and it’s really bad communication that your sales person doesn’t know what the other supervisors or managers capable
