보안요원과 고객이 싸우는 경우가 있는 듯.. 인터넷에서 보던 해외 논란 영상같이 보안요원에게 카메라를 들이대며, 욕하고 영상 촬영하는 고객이 있었습니다.

내부 스타벅스에서 텀블러 등을 팔고 있어서 좋아요. 콜드컵과 캘리포니아 머그를 샀습니다.

스타벅스의 경우 개봉하지 않은 상품은 따로 없는 것 같습니다.. 박스가 열린채로 먼지가 쌓여 사기 좀 그랬어요.

Another Ralph’s that has “security” that uses excessive force against people who they deem as shoplifting. Watched a security guard use a baton and break all of a woman’s stuff in the parking lot. I understand not letting someone shoplift but there are definitely other ways to go about it. I thought it was a specific location problem, but it seems to be ALL Ralphs.

I am a regular customer of this store. Sometimes I have some difficulties in using their app for digital coupon. Typically I use the self service but the person who assists the customers doesn’t help me. This happened a couple of times. They just come to me and show the app and then go to another customer. Then I leave the stuffs that I picked up for discount price. I went to the manager tonight for complain but she is also very busy. Then I left. I am totally frustrated with their customer service.

Ms. Bryanna over here seemed to be having such a rough night. My roommate and I were shopping and utilizing the same shopping cart due to there not having any cart available in the cart corral but the one cart. My roommate and I proceeded to do our shopping. When attempting to pay at the self check out Bryanna came over and told us to get our things and go to the register. Commenting this is 15 items or less my roommate mate had about 13 items and I had 7 or 8. Which we were gonna pay separate. She canceled what we had already scanned and demanded we went to a register. We explained we were gonna pay separately, and she went on saying 1 cart 1 purchase. We are local shoppers and spend well over $200 a week at this business. Shame to have people with her attitude “helping”.

After trying to go to the Ralph's in DTLA and finding out they closed early, I came here since they are open a bit later...only to find out they closed an hour early.

It's pretty simple to edit your business hours and the fact that they can't be bothered to do so is disappointing.

My Favorite Store by far. I love Coming here Mostly for the Organic Fruits And Vegetables. But I'm a tell you Something very Important if you Want the Cheapest Organic or Foster farms Chicken. Come here The Specials Are Amazing Honestly...

They had no gallons of whole milk stocked I asked an employee could someone get one for me or stock some he said they wouldn't be restocked until the next day because the guy who stocks it was home already I said can't someone else get it for me he said no at that point I asked for a manager walked away from him asked two lady employees who were manning one check out line together ( don't understand why it took 2 of themselves) asked them the same question they seemed confused about whether there's a manager on-site or not ultimately saying he was in the warehouse but they said they would call somebody for me nobody was called By them or by another employee who told a different customer she would get someone for him too . Ultimately the other customer had to end up pushing the shelves out of the way crawling into the cooler and grabbing our own gallons of whole milk this place is full of lazy workers who don't value customers at all period.
