We were visiting from Canada, and we had a great shopping experience! Honestly the nicest , friendliest and most helpful staff I ever encountered! We were so impressed with the staff and the deals that we made 3 visits during the week we were there ! This is a very well run store ! We will absolutely be back next time we are in Florida!

Beware of paying with Disney Gift Cards and balances by credit card….. I went to the counter to purchase items using Disney gift cards and a credit card and the cashier pressed the wrong button and completed the purchase transaction before I had paid the balance. She called the manager over to rectify the situation. The manager somehow showed her how to rectify it but continued to walk away to have a conversation with two other ladies. Over the next 30 mins the cashier continued to walk over to the manager to ask for help, and again the manager came over pressed a few buttons and walked away again. Yet they still hadn’t fixed the issue… not once during this error, did anyone apologise to me for the error, my time and inconvenience. They finally managed to take my credit card payment only to overcharge me even though the manager had said she would give me a discount for the inconvenience. They then used their mobile phones to determine that I needed a refund of $6.76. Unfortunately another 10 mins went by as the cashier (with no help from the manager) tried to execute a refund but failed on multiples attempts. In the end I got so grumpy, I said forget it and walked out of the store knowing I had overpaid for my items, with zero apology or empathy and not even the discount that the manager had offered me. I was completely livid by the lack of care and empathy showed by the staff. If they hadn’t have taken my Disney gift card payments already, I would have walked out of the store a long time ago without my purchases.

Racial Discrimination, horrible experience, I am Hispanic and I was there today with my 9 year old son, we bought only one T-Shirt and we had to wait at the only cashier that was open for a customer (a white family) before me to be served with a large number of items, we thickened For about 1/2 hour while they was attended, I saw how the other cashier next to them (a white gay), was chatting kindly with those same customers (white family) who were paying at the only available cashier, then when that white family finally finished, the white cashier continues doing nothing and only when he sees that the other cashier called to me, was when he went to his cash register and called other customers (also white) who had just arrived, that is, I had to waste almost half an hour to pay for a T-Shirt because in the Urder Armor store at Disney Spring in the year 2024 there is a “White Only Cashier” that “Colored People” cannot use, that is America today a bunch of racists bullying minorities. I did not realiced that we returned to the 60s

Went here just to take a quick eye shopping but to a surprise, this place had a lot of selection options. I did not purchase any clothing items but found a good quality hat for my husband for about $25. Sporting goods can be found elsewhere at a cheaper price but their price is reasonable too.

This is a fairly large store. It is two stories on the inside. The shoe department is upstairs. It is conveniently located right at the bottom of the escalators from the parking garage.
My shoe sales person upstairs was extremely helpful and suggested a particular shoe for me after I explained what I was looking for.? It fit well and to date has been the most comfortable shoe I've ever bought, as well as the most expensive I've ever paid for a pair of sneakers ?

I had a very good experience here! The store is huge and modern, plus there is the variety that I have been looking for in sportswear! Also buying shoes here is amazing because they take very good care of you. A guy named Juan went above and beyond to provide me with good service and find the shoes I was looking for. I am glad to know that I will buy here again and I know that employees take care of their customers as they should. thanks Juan!

Kristin is absolutely amazing. We grabbed a couple wrong sizes and she had her team run them downstairs for us, no impatience, no questions. With a smile on her face. She was so thoughtful, polite, a great conversationalist and made our shopping experience a perfect 10/10. Seriously the best UA location.
