My elderly mother went to buy some milk and on her way out a “security” there tried to pull the milk out of her hands because she had bought it 20 minutes before but went back inside with her receipt which she showed him and he accused her of stealing and placed hands on her even though the cashier there defended her. He threatened to take her to jail mind u she is ELDERLY and HANDICAPPED!!! Their security needs to be trained properly.

Adrian, the assistant store lead did not allow a disabled mother and special needs daughter to use the restroom due to medical reasons. Multiple store employees advised us that the restroom was in front of the store and only needed to enter a code. When I asked Adrian for assistance he was not understanding of my situation and was very heartless and simply replied with it’s out of service. I advised him that someone just exited and that I had seen multiple people go in and out. He said they are only washing their hands. Where is the customer service? I left my full cart of groceries and let him know that I would not be making my purchase today due to his inability to provide services for the disabled and felt very targeted and profiled due to not being Hispanic

This store is so bad, I consider it to be structural violence against the people who have to shop here.

Lines often are 30 minutes to an hour. I normally between 5pm and close, and maybe 20% of the time, lines are less than 30 minutes.

But because of that, the entire rest of the store falls apart. People with a few items see the lines and just steal their items because of the line. Or they just abandon their carts. There is an entire isle full 10 or so carts overflowing with put backs nearly every night. Because so many people just give up.

That all exacerbates the problems of the store. Put backs melting, store losing huge money so they try to cut corners everywhere ‍♀️

They don't rotate their food well. Sometimes they'll be out of things for weeks or longer. They don't stock things well.

Doors missing from fridges like deli meat so it's just colder than room temp. Flies in bakery. And probably deli but I avoid the meat section because of the rotting meat smell.

They sell yogurt so expired it could send someone to the hospital. The entire stock of crackers I usually get there was expired. Every time I went, I put all the expired ones on the floor, hoping someone would at least mark them down or get new ones. Only to find them put back, time AND TIME AGAIN!

In the rare cases they actually catch expired food, they'll discount it, but they must leave that to a 4 year old bc here's some things I've seen discounted:
-Today: a frozen bag of chicken tenders. That's supposed to be like 30oz, like 6-7 bucks maybe. Not even brand name. Normally with 6-9 big tenders. But they were selling an open bag with what felt like one frozen chicken tender inside for a "discounted" $7.25

-huge ice cream/fruit bar packs. Opened, with a bar or two left for $4-6

-frozen items which obviously fully thawed and then were refrozen. Very unsafe to eat.

-pretty much every discounted/opened/expired product is like: 1 pack of off brand toaster pastries where it's open and 1 of the 3 packs remain. But it's like 90% of the regular price.

-I recommend extreme caution with their clearance items. But prolly best to avoid because they never put the sticker over the old barcode to begin with ?

They don't really have a member card. Which sounds like a good thing, but then they don't really have good deals or deep sales either. They have a few rotating items with a digital coupon, but you'll always forget to scan your card because they never ask you. Then you'll never get your money back because you just stood in line for an hour and you're not about to do it again, or wait at customer service for 2 hours to get your couple bucks back.

Produce isn't the freshest. Better at the street vendors outside nearby oftentimes. Saw a clump of dirt so huge in a pile of celery there. It looked like crap. I don't get celery here anymore.

Their products and brands they do carry are just,, bad. It's like all the Ralph's stuff, but less. Much less. And worse. Lacking variety.

Every time I shop here I leave feeling like I just got basics. I never get anything I'm excited to eat. Not just because of what I get, but because they don't have good food here.

Their deli subs are %90 bread. All the ready to eat/grab and go food is such poor quality. Salsa, chicken, fruit, salads , etc. it's ALL SO BAD.

Then other foods that they do have the name brands of or even the Kroger off brands of - there aren't any flavor options. Go to Ralphs or Vons or wherever & you've got like 16 flavors of cheese crackers or whatever. But here you have like 3. If you're lucky.

I don't like complaining about staff. Usually they look like they've been there overnight or something. Like zombies. And I don't blame them. I would be too if I worked in this sorry excuse for a store. Always understaffed, underpaid and underappreciated. Sometimes I swear they just get a friendly customer and then just check as slow as possible. What's to motivate them to go faster? Seemingly nothing. Place is void of morale completely.

Two expired products in my purchase, I guess I should have checked the dates but you would think stores wouldn't sell stuff that's two weeks out of date. Juice was straight up rancid. Exceptionally shady area as well

Never ever I' m going back to this store, I'm an old and diabetic woman, I was there and I ask for the bathroom and they told me is out of order, that was bullshit, they don't want nobody use el baño because they don't want to clean it, with those prices they have to pay housekeeper, así los customers can use the bathroom. This is embarrassing but I pee my pants because of those malparidos. Que Dios Los perdone.

My bike was stolen and no one wants to help, I want to warn everyone that you can't leave bikes and mopeds at this store because the store security only controls the inside of the store, and they don't want to guard what's happening on the porch of the store under the surveillance camera, even though the porch of the store is part of the store itself. The store managers don't even want to show the camera footage, pandering to the criminals, and the store parking security doesn't help either, they don't watch your vehicles, the managers and the security organization of the store's territory are absolutely incompetent

Food is expired I just purchased yesterday I will be taking legal action almost 3 months management is not good very long hazard lines you have to show receipt walking out .
