Es increíble como son capaces de devaluar a un cliente después q le cobran un dineral por un servicio incorrecto. Fui al dealer por un cambio de aceite a la transmision y salí con cambio de raman rack a piñón . Se pasaron en el nivel de aceite en la transmision y cuando lo retorne por el salieron de aceite me dijeron que era el rack a pinion . Después de q lo cambiaron retorne al dealer con el mismo salidero de aceite de color rojo el cual fue el mismo desde el principio , como se puede apreciar el rack pinion nunca tuvo problema . Se equivocaron en el diagnóstico y ahora nadie me contesta para una respuesta razonable , llevo una semana en esto ! Y me dicen q no tienen supervisores . Q falta de respeto y q abuso ?

I turned in an early lease glb2021.take on a new lease on a demo glb 2024 . I am very unhappy ☹️ with this new lease.do not have all the features that I was looking for and told by the seller that it have. I asked if I can return and get a 2025 and was told no.so guess I will be stuck with it for another 4 years. I will be contacting channel 7 to discuss this further
