Update: my car has now broken down for the fifth time. No loaner offered. I am having to rent on my dime. Both the service and general sales manager were called and both told me there’s nothing they can do to help.

I have been a Mercedes owner since 2012. I purchased a 2024 GLS 63 AMG in February 2024. The vehicle failed to start or shift into neutral in July, August, September, and again in October. Each time the vehicle needed to be towed and the service department has been unable to correct the problem. Today marks the 35th day in service and counting with very little communication. I filed with Mercedes to do the right thing and buy back the vehicle. October 17 marked the start of the response period and have heard absolutely nothing. I am disappointed, discouraged, and quite frankly astonished at the lack of empathy I have received in regard to this matter. I feel like my hands are tied and I am stuck driving the bottom of the line loaner until they decide the timing is right for them to correct the issue. I will never recommend or own a Mercedes ever again due to this.

I bought the car with Donte over the phone. He made it so simple and the no haggling was awesome. I also loved no surprise fees other than your normal taxes and processing. I was relieved to not see a $2000 cleaning fee! When I got there everything was ready to go!

Bought a 2023 Cadillac Lyriq on 6/1/24. Salesman said he’d call me on Monday to see how things were going. I was verbally promised touch up paint. No follow up call, no answer to my texts or emails and no paint. After they made the sale, they don’t care! I’m glad I won’t have to go there
again. Buyer beware if you expect good customer service!

Hello,
I purchased a 2022 S500 model vehicle from Maitland Mercedes-Benz Orlando Autonation, and I bought it in cash. I have been a Mercedes S-Class user for years, and in my country (Turkey), I have always been satisfied with models like the S63, S Coupe, and other S-Class models. Mercedes-Benz Turkey and the retail seller Koluman know me personally very well.

To get to the point, I have many complaints regarding the car I bought from Mercedes-Benz Orlando in Maitland, Florida. They said they would ship it to Miami, but even though the processes were completed within a week, they did not ship it. I purchased the car without even seeing it, trusting in you and your brand. However, the dealership, unfortunately, was not honest with me. They sent me photos of the car on a tow truck, saying it was on its way, then said the tow truck's engine broke down. The next day, they came up with another excuse. In the end, of course, they could not deliver it, and I had to go and pick up the car myself.

Unfortunately, they shattered my belief and trust in the brand and in Mercedes. I asked Sales Manager Heriberto for a complimentary maintenance service as compensation for this issue. He said he could not do it. I am a businessman; I am not concerned with one or ten maintenance services, nor do I need them. But such an offer would have been a polite response to the 250 miles I traveled to pick up my car and then return. They did not even do that. Instead, they made a $250 offer. Only a person named James seemed somewhat upset about the situation; the others were irresponsible. Sales Manager Heriberto, Sales Representative Donte, and the others were not sincere. I hope this dealership improves itself.

Took my car in for "A" service today. The express service was wonderful, I had my car back in a little over an hour and that included the courtesy car wash. Peter my service advisor is really good. I reached out to him when my service due notification came on and he set the appointment for me. I love the one stop (call) shopping.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went there for my appointment only to be told the person who's supposed to work on my scratched wheel was not there and someone will just call me to re-schedule. These guys don't value your time at all! They could have just called me and told me not to go. I have to file for a leave at work and drive there for almost an hour only to be given a run-around. They sold me that wheel and tire warranty for P2500 mind you. Now I'm waiting for a call or text that may or may not come.

I leased a car from this store, and from day one, I've faced nothing but problems. When I picked up the vehicle, the tire was completely flat! Since then, I've encountered absurd issues like the dashboard shutting down completely, the car not starting, the brakes not working properly, and charging problems that are completely problematic. The store simply doesn’t care.

They admit that the car has problems, but they say I need to resolve everything directly with Mercedes. They sell you the lease, but if you have any problems, please call here at 1-800 and hope that someone answers. This is unacceptable! I'm paying a fortune every month for a vehicle that should be in perfect condition, but instead, it’s caused me nothing but headaches.

I tried to exchange the car or return it, but they haven't helped me at all. It's frustrating to know that problematic cars are handed over without proper checks. Don’t pay for a Mercedes that offers you cheap car service—it’s not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Avoid it if you can!
