After having my car at Mercedes Jacksonville Atlantic location since 9am and running into issue after issue for a simple servicing. It is now 3:02pm and my car is now finally “ready” but was half cleaned and in a worse condition than I left it in. I did have one good person to help Dillion with some of the issues in the beginning the agent. Unfortunately he was not there when I arrived to find my vehicle left this way. I will never return this location. The worse experience I have had and complete waste of my day. If a simple wash was half done how do I know my oil change and other services were properly completed. Would leave a 0 star if I could

Arrived early for service and got in promptly. Checked in with Jarrod an was told it would be about two or two and a half hours which I had expected. So I ordered a full breakfast (yes…bacon eggs, and French toast), got some fresh coffee from a selection of four brews, an sat down to do some work. An hour and a half later, Jarrod came over to tell me the work was done and wondered if I would like to get a free car wash before I left.

Now that is Five Star Service.

I have purchased so many cars and this has been the best car buying experience for me! The process was very smooth. My sales rep was Mark and he took great care of me, made sure I was satisfied with my new Mercedes & made sure it had the features I wanted and it was ready to go when I came in! Ali was very thorough and right up front detailed all costs for the repairs going forward on my 15 year old Mercedes. Kept me posted about expected wait for parts and once they arrived the expected date of completion.

Traveling to Va our Sprinter Van started leaking. Call Jacksonville dealership service. No ine would return my calls. Upon arriving the service tech was easy to work with and eager to help. Part was ordered and delivered next day PM and the Sprinter was in the shop following Morning. Took a couple hours, but Mercedes made breakfast and offered treats and drinks while you wait. On the road to Va by 12pm. Thank you for your help, service and kindness.

This was my first time at this particular location and dealership. I had a wonderful experience, just sitting back and watching how things progressed. Did it go at lightning speed ….no but then again I did not expect it to Ali that was taking care of me throughout the process of checking in discussing my issues and I had a few and what I needed to have done during this first encounter, I can say I was nothing more than overjoyed and pleased by The entire operation looking forward to going back as I need servicing. I have a 2013 E350 with 75,000 miles.

((Updated post.)) In January I posted to be aware and do not buy from here if you were out of state because I had problems with my Paint.
when I got the vehicle,the vehicle arrived very filthy. The sales rep I was dealing with was not transparent or honest.

After posting my review, Barry Lamb, which is the sales manager reached out to me. I voiced my concerns to him and he listened to me.

We came to an agreement, and he helped me with the cost of touching up my paint..

Even though I’m not happy, but I am a satisfied customer, and in the future it is possible for myself to do business with this dealership again.. Once, again, thank you Barry Lamb for helping me resolve my issue.
