I rarely leave bad reviews but I can't deal with being mislead. My friend and I went to this store and the lady that helped us was very nice and friendly but she mislead us and I know we didn't misunderstand her because we kept asking to make sure what she was saying.
We were told that the athelta "GUARANTEE" we could exchange our leggings if there is any issues with them. She compared it to lululemon's guarantee. We asked a few times about that because we wanted to clarify and she said lifetime. We took her word and that was our mistake because we were debating between lululemons vs athelta since lulu has lifetime warranty. Well fast forward to less than a year having them, my leggings started to get holes and I didn't wear them that many times. My friend had the same issue with hers too. I found out quickly we were mislead, I even called the store we purchased them at and the manager kind of blew us off. She told me they don't work on commission so it doesn't make sense. She kept denying what were saying was true, it was our experience. I get it, people misunderstand but in this case, it was two of us that kept asking her to double check we didn't misunderstand her.
So long story short, I bought colorfulkoala legging from amazon and by far better quality and fraction of the price. I'm on 3yrs of owning them and I don't have any wear or holes in them. It's sad that my no name brand ones are better than my 2 athleta leggings that were around $80. my friend had purchased 2 as well and we were going to purchase more but from that store because she was nice but that obviously changed.
Also, if you are between lulu and athleta, just get luluemons, you can't beat the lifetime warranty and they last longer than athleta anyways. Lulu's are in the same price bracket and you have lifetime warranty.
I'll never purchase this brand again and neither will my friend.
