Was sort of refused service today. Went in to purchase two pairs of shoes and the shoe staff wouldn’t retrieve the ones I needed. They insisted I go to the front of the store even though I explained to the two guys several times I was shopping for the items like I do every other time I go in there. Had to ask for the store manager so he could get them for me. I honestly feel like some of the employees and cashiers here really hate their jobs and just like to take it out on customers. I think the reason they have such a bad theft problem too is because most of the floor staff will usually avoid helping me or speaking to me completely. I feel like I’m totally bothering them when I ask for help and twice I’ve witnessed groups of people just run out the front doors with expensive stolen merchandise from this location. Aside from usually taking an absurd amount of time to let people check out too, the cashiers sometimes won’t even offer me a bag and just have the worst attitudes sometimes. If this place ever goes out of business it’s simply because they won’t improve the service. They need to also add self check out so people aren’t stuck at the register for what always feels like an eternity

We came in looking for a Nike belt, which they did have, but not the one we had in mind. My husband also needed some socks for work. I had been passing out lately with my sycope, so it was real nice to see a motorized shopping cart. The store was packed with all sorts of sports, hunting and fishing clothes, shoes, guns and other various gear. The aisles were wide so I got around pretty good. This was our first visit to Dick's as we usually go to Academy Sports. This store seems smaller, I was impressed by all the options here and they have a loyalty "score" card that I signed up for. Jennifer, the sales associate was extremely friendly..but I'll probably keep shopping at Academy as this place is a little to far and more pricey for me.

We went to today and the guy at the cash register was very rude! I asked him if he had to have my phone number and he replied back well if you would let me finish my sentence. Which he was finished with his sentence. Never will I shop in there again.

My first time in the store was absolutely amazing! So many different choices of clothing brands, not only for women but for men as well! I will definitely be back!
