Integrity and Quality is hard to come by at car and tire service places these days.

Victor at the desk was great. Helped me with an urgent issue with a screw on my tire. Then got me a quote on new tires with warranty. Not replacing it just yet but i know where to go when its time.

JP the technician found loose metal pieces inside the tire and repaired the puncture with a plug.

3 hours to replace a tyre? This is what happened to me. America, the land of great and fast customer service. Not in my experience. Update. Make that 4 hours. They blamed it on the rental company but I think it would be a good idea to tell me so that I could go home.

The customer service is second to none. I had an ssue with my battery. They could not change the battery, but they brought their vehicle to mine a jumped my battery and gave my advise on where to get a new one. I have brought my car here for years and am always satisfied with the work they do. Highly recommend this store and send a special thank you to everyone that assisted me

Andrew and his team have done a fantastic job taking care of our car. Not only did they replace the three tires but since we didn’t need an alignment we were refunded the cost. ALSO, we came back and they patched our tire. Great team and great service.

I was very dissatisfied with the circumstances that occurred when I purchased 4 new tires for my Mercedes. On 10/12/2024 I purchased 4 new tires from the Kissimmee, FL location. My air pressure caps were replaced with plastic ones. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he apologized and replaced the caps with the silver caps that were removed. I appreciated him replacing the caps.

Do not go here if you are planning to get your tires rotated/balanced if you have a Tesla. Had to wait for almost 3 hours after my scheduled appointment time for them to even take Tesla from parking lot, to be rotated and only for them to drop the Jack at one of the wheels without putting the lugnuts in. Better off going to the one on John Young
