I really wish I got the woman’s name I saw today. It was 7/27/24. I think she was the only woman working at that time. she had gauges in her ears & short hair and an all black outfit on. I came in looking for the ultimate comfort shoe for an all day stand / walk shoe for theme parks etc. she took me to a foot scanner and told me she’d bring me out the perfect shoes for my foot and high arch. She brought me exactly what I was looking for in what colors they had available. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up leaving with the On Clouds she had brought to me to try on. Highly recommend coming here to get fitted for your perfect shoe!

Andreas is the man!! Great customer service and has extensive knowledge in the shoes. He actually gave me first hand experience on sneakers I was interested in that he owned. Guided me in the right direction. Make this guy a manager already if he is not. He deserves full recognition for his attitude towards excellent customer focused service. If he worked for me he would be in leadership. Go see Andreas he will take good care of you.

This location is great!! They suggested a foot scan which I had never done before and went through the results with me which was shocking. I thought I had pretty flat feet and it turns out I have extremely high arches and probably have not been wearing the proper shoes. We got some inserts for my tennis shoes and they are extremely comfortable and I can put them in any one of my sneakers so my feet are supported. Very happy they recommended I do the scan even though they didn’t have the color I wanted in the shoes I came in for. Very knowledgeable team; I’m very impressed! I also joined the Club and have started earning rewards

I went to return the shoes I bought 2 days ago for a full refund and was told I could only get store credit due to the condition of the shoes... I wore these one time around the house. They had a little dirt on the bottom of the shoe and said their not resellable. 3 guys working at the cash register, no one else in the store and no help whatsoever for my return. 1/10 customer service and will never shop there ever again and I'll advise people not to as well. These shoes and new and I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service I've received.

Today I went into Fit2RUN in Westfield Mall Brandon, Fl. I was greeted and was helped by an employee named Derek. He was absolutely great! I’m new to the running sport. I got bad blisters in the past week with new shoes I bought from a competitor. I was just comfortable and really at ease with the whole purchase. He answered all questions and listened which in sales that doesn’t happen to much. I left feeling confident and extremely happy with my purchase. O’yeah who knew they had socks to prevent blister? Not me, so ended up purchasing 4 pairs!Thank you so much Derek you are truly a great asset to your company. I previously worked in retail and it is hard to find good knowledgeable employees.

Amazing staff! Running my first marathon and need a pair of shoes to train in. Was working with a nice man first (Derek) and as we got more into the conversation of training the Manager (Noel) stepped in and talked me through a training plan, tips on nutrition, and much more!! They worked as team to get me everything I needed and made it so easy and comfortable. I feel way more prepared now. Came for a pair of shoes, left with that and a ton more knowledge. This staff is so knowledgeable. Came in here a few times last year and didn’t have anything like this but totally different group of people now and they are very impressive!
