Management is extremely unprofessional. On various occasions they’ve double booked the fields and always kick our group out. Today they confirmed our reservation and when we showed up there was a stage on the field. They communicated this to us at 6:58 pm and our reservation was confirmed for 7 pm. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Been going to play soccer here and there always a new issue today this was the one and the field was reserve a three days ahead. The reception womens are nice but the ownership is not professional. Also wanted to Add that in the fields on the back we been playing for a year same day and same hours and we got kick out because other people wanted to play and they talk over the manager and we where set aside without explanation.

Es increible como vas a mismo lugar por mas de 4 años seguidos todos los viernes y de un dia a otro te sacan de la cancha porque los señores quieren jugar en las 2 canchas entonces empesamos a jugar en la cancha mala de alfrente porque nos prometen que la van a arreglar en 1 mes y ya vamos por 2 meses y nada de arreglarla y para colmo ayer nos dicen que no podemos jugar en la cancha ya cuando todos estabamos ahi presente entonces no respetan el tiempo y la lealtad de clientes son mas de 4 años jugando todos los viernes es una falta de respeto lo que estan haciendo no se los recomiendo a nadie es terrible

Es increíble como fui hoy a ese lugar y nos trataron como perro incluso nos botaron de una cancha q ni el césped sirve nos apagaron las luces después q uno había reservado y estábamos jugando incluso con cosas q ellos tenían q estorbaban , q decepción un lugar q frecuentábamos ir todos los viernes y nos hacen eso no es justo

Excellent place to play soccer. The soccer field is well maintained and clean. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was very good because it was not crowded and the children played all the time and had a great time.

This is a cool spot, however I had a bad experience when trying to leave. Considering how many events occur at this location at one time, this parking lot is extremely small. Its almost a hazard. I was unable to leave for 20 mins because of how others chose to park and closed me in.

This place used to be so much fun when it first opened. ?. management has change and the service has gone down drastically. I sent a message through whatsapp to reserve a spot, spoke to a woman name Alejandra which is in charge and she replied back saying she only had one spot avaliable. I said I would take the spot. This conversation was 3 days prior to the reservation, and then that lady called me back 2 hours before saying she doesn't have anything booked for me because I didn't received a txt confirmation. LOL.
Then her replied back as if it was my fault was "I just never use whatsapp". Either way. I had 24 people comming to that reservation which I had to then canceled and ended up going to soccer cinco which is way better than this garbage and that ladys' customer service

Worse customer service ever, can't even make an appointment and they don't pick up the phone either.
Y aunque llamen con un año de anticipación no contestan teléfonos, y tampoco aunque tenga "Grupos establecidos" sirve
