Horrible customer service experience! I had went to return a product the males customer service was very wrong. He threw me back a receipt when all I wanted was to return not exchange a product. His misdemeanor was unprofessional for a small business owner.

I don't live in town, I went to Lancaster specifically to come to this store to get things for my kids only to get there and it wasn't even open ? it was definitely after 10am (their listed "open" time) the door was locked. Grabbed breakfast and came back later but it was basically a waste of time. Most of their products were overpriced and they don't have the small/xsmall youth sizes I needed for almost anything. I was able to pick up some socks but the only ones they had in the sizes I needed were no name/knock off brand. I literally could have just ordered these from Amazon and saved my gas.

They did not have what I was looking for and I left disappointed. I was looking for Atlanta United, westham united and an dormont Jersey. They only offer baseball and football gear and limited jerseys for soccer.
