My mom went here in 2019 until 2021 . I switched doctors because he’s unprofessional. Fast forward to today I needed her records from 2019 and was refused even with a medical power of attorney form. I just hate African doctors! They’re soo mean and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to see these people

I met Dr. Agouru when I was in the hospital for Septic Shock. He was my attending physician. Was in Septic Shock due to kidney infection. At the time I was also going through major personal difficulties at home. Upon being admitted my blood pressure was 59 over 29 and my kidneys were at 11%. After coming out of ICU. I was deeply depressed. The other doctors noticed. But doctor Agouru was the only one to take the time out of his rounds to sit at my bedside to not just talk to me but to minister to me as well. He let me know that it didn't seem like I was going to make it. But God! His last words of advice to me before he left my room that day. Was. Since God made death behave surely He is with you through whatever you face once you leave this hospital. I asked him to be my primary doctor and he accepted me as his patient. In September it will be two years.

Someone referred me to this place so I decided to go and get my test done there. Upon arrival I was greeted well enough by both receptionists. And was given driections to their new location. They are located at 3003 South Loop West at suite 204 and not at the address that Google maps gives you. The physician who I spoke to gave me some information that were correct, however he lied about how much the lab would have charged me if I had to pay it by myself. And that I find unprofessional. Overall, it's an ok place once you have done your own research on the cost relating to your matter.
