当方日本人です。
店員にゴソゴソした英語(？)で後ろから急に話しかけられ「日本人です」と返すと「あ、」と言われそれだけでおしまい。なんの謝罪もなく本当に心の底から不愉快だった。
そのあと試着のためにサイズ違いの在庫を持ってきていただいたのだが頼んだうちの2点中1点が別の商品だった。

商品間違いは全然なんとも思わないんですが、中国人か韓国人に間違えられた上に謝罪もなく終わったことが本当に腹立たしい。「あ、」は謝罪でも、そうですか、でも間違いました、でもなくただの「あ」に過ぎません。
仕事上のミスはどうでも良いですが人格的な部分に問題がある。もう2度と行きたくない。

スポーツとアウトドアのウェアやギアを豊富に扱っていました。
ただ場所柄かスポーツやアウトドアで使う用途だけではなく街着としての使用が出来る製品が多いです。
そして店内の改装で製品が少なくなった感がある
前は2フロアだったがいまは1フロアのみ

以前は激安のセール品も多かったのですが最近は30％OFFくらい

スタッフは残念ながらあまり接客が出来ているとは言えませんし商品知識も乏しいです。
これはバイトスタッフに多いようで女性スタッフとかに聞くとデザインの良さくらいしかわからない人も結構います

一部のスタッフや長くいるスタッフ(社員？)の方は知識が豊富だったりとても対応がちゃんとしているのでスタッフの当たりハズレがあるので注意

7月29日午後訪問。
立川店と同様でグラミチが多すぎ…?
立川店同様で女性スタッフさんの動きが良い！
ハーフパンツを持って試着室へ向かって歩き出すのを白い長ズボン姿の女性スタッフさんが即気付いて試着案内の声掛け。
おかげで気持ちよく買い物出来ました。

昔は2フロアだったのが、1フロアにまとまりました。
品数はそれほど増えていない気がしますが、そういうお店ではないというコトですよね(笑)

趣味でランニングをしているのですが、きちんとしたランニングシューズを履かないと身体に良くないのではないかと思い、ランニングシューズを買いに行きました。
品揃えはとても良く、シューズの知識のある店員さんを呼んで頂き、親切に対応してくださいました。知識ゼロの私にも分かりやすく丁寧にお話しくださり、安心してシューズを選ぶことができました。また機会があれば利用したいなと思っています。

This is a wonderful sports shop located in just a minute away from south gate of Shinjuku station. I looked for running shoes for the first time. I had a zero experience choosing it but the staff explained about the shoes very carefully so thanks to him, I was able to get a nice one. It was a good buy.
If you are looking for a good sports shop around Shinjuku area, this is the place!
