I dropped a small but very expensive case for my earbuds in the parking lot. I spent 40minutes going through all my stuff looking for it, finally came in and asked the guys at the cash register if they had seen it, and Glenn immediately handed it over with not a scratch on it. Just wanted to commend Glenn for his honesty and helpfulness. The item i had lost is very expensive and I also use it all day every day, so losing it would've have been a huge bummer. So I really appreciate the guys here looking out for me, thanks again Glenn

12/14/2024 Grateful for even having a shower option but I’ve literally been waiting more than an hour and still sitting here waiting. Only 2 ahead of me.. there’s no excuse for that especially when I see the guy that’s cleaning the showers step away from the shower area to talk on his cell phone and arguing with his co-workers. I’m very observant and was watching him literally pace around outside and in the store rather than working. Hands empty and on his phone. Sounded like he was talking to a supervisor on his phone. Upset about his co-workers having there significant others there and behind the counter he says.. There’s obviously a lack of management when you see employees arguing with each other for all to see and arguing with each other’s significant others. I actually have a video that I can’t upload showing exactly what I saw and explained on here. That shower in the pic was cleaned and left opened but not turned over for a driver to use while myself and maybe 4 other drivers were waiting. Very unprofessional!

El lugar donde uno compra es grande tiene mucha variedad de comida , artículos para carro o usó personal, los parqueo son muy pocos los gratis , hay más reservados o sea pagando , tienen duchas, los productos se me hicieron muy caros .

I have not been to this location in 9 years and upon returning for the first time in all that time I see that nothing has changed, parking is still a complete joke and no support from the staff to handle drivers taking paid spots from drivers who have already paid. The parking lot needs to be completely redone and why it hasn’t happened falls squarely on management, basically they don’t care as long as they have money pouring in.

As for the pumps, a total joke, I was able to get $1.50 of diesel from one pump and fill my DEF tank, that was it. I had to move to a second pump just to try and get diesel and once again the pump kept shutting off, so I had to hold on to the handle and keep restarting it over and over just to get my tanks filled. Why this city does not have another big truck stop option is beyond me but this place is a joke and needs new management. Only reason I’m giving two stars is the shower was at least decent. Another prime example of Pilot/Flying J putting greed over customer service and quality.

Morning manager definitely is doing her job sitting on her flat ass waiting for someone to walk out without paying. Worry about the parking lot being dirty go sweep something and don’t send an employee to do it!!! Ps truck parking area is small drivers be careful!!!!

The reason for prime parking is so you can reserve it and have a place to park !
We get here already paid for our parking but there is No spots opened !
No one to tell the truckers if you didn’t pay you have to move ! Tell me why do they have prime parking here ? This place is a joke !
