Great group to rent from. We got bikes and did the vail pass shuttle. They made sure each bike fit the ride. David the driver was wonderful. We do lots of rail trails and this was one of the few times I wasn't worried about car sickness. He drove so calmly and was spouting trivia, history info, and navigational advice the whole ride. What a delight. We finished the pass and did the ride around the lake also.

Amazing Experience! My favorite part of our Colorado vacation. Highly ENCOURAGE you to schedule it for your familyWe ranged in ages 8 to 68! All of us HAD A BLAST!
The employees at Pioneer were knowledgable and friendly. They were also passionate about making sure you were comfortable changing the gears for some of the inclines. Dave drove us in a van with our bikes to Vail Summit, offered to take our picture, and off we went. It was downhill or flat most of the way. We stopped along the way anytime we wanted and had a snack and shopped at some of the local villages.

I highly recommend the shuttle to Vail pass and the easy ride downhill through Ten Mile Canyon. Reservations needed in advance on the weekend. Great safety instructions and route guidance given on van up to Vail Pass.

I feel terrible! I just realized today that I had completely reviewed the wrong company initially! This is from last fall (that I accidentally posted to Breeze but have deleted after realizing my error-- so sorry Pioneer!!!!). Brent (I think that was his name) was phenomenal! I popped a tire on our pram and had a wicked time trying to wrestle off the outer tire to replace the tube. 4 broken levers later, I tried Pioneer. Brent did the change in less than 10 minutes. I am so appreciative! My kitty, Charleston, is ready to get back out and enjoy some sun in the park. Thank you!

We purchased a used Liv avail 6/8. When we arrived at the shop they were very busy with rentals but Billy approached us immediately asking if we needed help. Once we told him what we were interested in purchasing he immediately arranged to get the bike ready. George was very efficient, and checked the bike , cut the seat post and explained the bike options. This was all done while we were waiting. Excellent customer service! Thanks

Just an ok experience for 3 of us. First when asked how to get to path
to copper response was Google maps. Well we had no wifi. My 24 yr son was having hard time staying with 60 yr parents. All on e-bikes. Traded bikes figured out son's bike not working after 8 miles. Intermittent braking. Called shop they did brink new bike. Was disappointed we were rented a bike that had issues. Did refund us 1 hr of rental. Customer service good other than not being able to tell us how to get to main path.

We rented e-bikes this past weekend from Pioneer Sports in Frisco to ride to Silverthorne. The crew was awesome in fitting us for the bikes and helmets and even had a lock we could use at no additional charge! The bikes were awesome and affordable and the staff was friendly! Highly recommend this location!
