Wow! For a few years, I've been coming here for service on my Subaru that I had purchased elsewhere. I decided it was time to upgrade so I came into sales and the experience was phenomenal! I knew what I wanted and was setup with an appointment with Zach Gaskill - he arranged to test drive the same model, but a different trim level as they did not have the trim level I wanted on the lot, but there were some on the way. After the test drive, I was hooked and we looked at the numbers and did the paperwork. Zach was in constant contact, giving me updates as my vehicle was in transit. He even sent pictures minutes after it was off the truck. When it was finally ready, the final purchase experience was just as great. I worked with Hector on the finance side and he worked out an AMAZING deal which was better than what I was hoping for. I know I got the best price and best deal possible without all the hassle that has traditionally gone into a vehicle purchase. I was completely blown away by how GREAT this entire experience was. Thank you Zach, Hector and all of Sport Subaru. You guys rock!!

I want to express my appreciation to Victor Mora in the sales department. After over 6 weeks of looking at different vehicles in many car dealers, even trying to purchase online, we found Sport Subaru as the best vehicle purchasing experience. There are no hidden fees, no tricks, or shady negotiations at all. Very honest people who look for customer satisfaction over making profit, not pressure at all, and the price on the sticker was the price on the deal. Victor assisted us with all the questions providing quality service without rushing us in our decision, and his post purchase service continued after the deal was finalized.
The vehicle was well washed and had a a full tank of gas.
We came back for the installation of some parts that we ordered, and Paul Rasmussen in the service department went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the service provided.

Ángel, Jonathan, and Edwin went out of their way to take care of me and I thank them. BTW, the coffee machine they have is some of the best coffee I've ever had!

What an incredible 5-star experience! I've been putting off buying a new car and dreading the whole dealership scene for months. Walking into Sports Subaru off of John Young was an instant relief. Hector Pina, my sales guy, was absolutely fantastic! He got me behind the wheel of the Forester and Outback in no time. Héctor answered all my questions and then introduced me to his manager, Edwin Cotto, who was just as efficient and knowledgeable. Edwin gave me great insights, helped me narrow down my choices, and offered an incredibly competitive price.

We drove from Jacksonville - past MULTIPLE Subaru dealers - to work with Kris Persaud at Sport Subaru. He was amazing! We had an awesome experience from our first call to driving off in to the sunset!
Dorothy and I spoke first and she helped find the vehicle I was looking for. She followed up with me but was not pushy at all. She answered all my questions and made sure she knew what I was looking for.
When we got to the dealership, we worked with Kris who helped us discuss ordering a Subaru direct - but when he found out what I was looking for, he was able to make some suggestions that ultimately lead us to getting an upgraded vehicle. I love the upgrades and with no dealer fees, and their wonderful prices, I was able to get it for the same price I expected to pay for the lower model I was going to build. What?! An upgrade at same price! Yes please! (My experience on pricing, you have to check out your own.)
Our vehicle was in transit and Kris called about a week later with the good news that my new Subaru was on their lot and ready for me to pick up. When we got there for pick up, he had a big red bow on the top! Talk about a surprising experience; I was floored.
My husband and I have bought many cars and never had an experience like we had with Kris at Don Mealey Sport Subaru. They will always get our first look for our vehicles from now on. I’ve added a photo of me, Kris and my 2025 forester!
