"Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality and Customer Service"

Yesterday I visited this store and purchased two jerseys, spending a total of $165. I was excited about the purchase but extremely disappointed when I got home and found the condition of the jerseys. The fabric was already fraying, and there were visible defects that were hard to miss. I can't believe I paid that much for something that looks this bad after only a short ride home.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to the store, the manager Barry responded with, "I'm assuming the jersey wasn't handed like that to you as it would have been noticed by all parties." This dismissive attitude was frustrating, especially since Barry wasn't even present at the time of the purchase. The person who helped me at the store was Keyl, who made no mention of any issues with the jerseys.

I'm attaching photos of the receipt and the jerseys to show exactly what I received. It's disappointing to spend so much money and then be told the damage must be my fault. I would expect better quality products and better customer service from this store.

Achei a loja por acaso numa visita ao Florida Mall. Foi a única que encontrei modelos de futsal e society na numeração para crianças, mas acredito ter tido um grande azar, Comprei 3 pares na seção de outlet deles, as de promoção, mas duas delas não duraram nem 2 meses. Ambas descolaram a abriram com menos de 5 vezes de uso. A restante está sem usar ainda, mas creio que também não vá aguentar 1 mês.

This Store it’s my son’s favorite. Not only they have a great selection of jerseys, their staff is awesome and helpful. They always go the extra mile to provide great customer service. A big shoutout to all, and especially Nacho, who went above and beyond to fix a problem with a jersey name transfer that wasn’t even purchased at their store. He definitely saved a Christmas gift that could have gone wrong!

Such a nice store.this mall was very pleasant but coming to this store was the best. They had all the Jerseys from the world cup and we are talking the best materials. Workers were very nice and helpful. We also found a France Soccer Ball that we never though existed. My son will be coming back to get more soccer stuff when visiting Orlando once again...
