I read some comments that said they had a terrible service, but I will share my experience. We had a great welcome. They showed us our options and gave us time to ponder our options. Everything was perfect. Above and beyond my expectations for the service. They also have very competitive prices.

Great spot for rentals. The team is friendly and very fast. My friend had his boots on when they realized that this board and bindings were not the right match. Instead of asking him to change his boots, one of the staff members ran to a nearby rental shop and picked up the matching hardware just to avoid asking my friend to go through the refitting of the boot. Great job guys!

I have been coming to Vail for the past 10 years. By far the best place for your Ski rental needs in Lionshead Vail. Equipment was top notch! The staff was very helpful in adjusting my boots and ski. I wouldn’t choose another place. Thanks guys!!!

A great place to get rentals with your epic pass. They are friendly and helpful to all skill levels. Located right next to eagle bond, getting your equipment and getting on the lift is super simple. I would highly recommend to anyone give them a visit.

Absolute ease of picking up/returning gear and great customer service. Big shout out to Kyle from MN - his knowledge, friendliness, and demeanor were top notch. He’s a model for the customer experience, awesome work ethic and should be replicated! 10/10 recommend and ask for Kyle!

Could not recommend less. Arrived at 10am on a Friday morning after pre-paying for my ski equipment online and waited almost 2 hours even though there was barely anyone there. Most of the staff were on their phones or having conversations with each other. Completely disrespectful of your time.

please rent some place else. absolutely awful customer service, old trashed demo skiis, they dont even have any variety. and on top of that after you spent hundreds of dollars for the multi day rental they will chip and dime you extra even to leave your shoes with them on the day of return. never again.
